ABOUT US
The company was incorporated in Yokohama in 1959, and started producing materials for
SP and printing services.
In 1961, began producing materials for LP.
In 1966, started the mastering of contents, cutting and metalising.
In 2004, opened the sales office in Aoyama, Tokyo
Since the beginning, we have been one of the major LP manufacturers and leaders of the market.
We are the only one company who can provide all services of delivering LP in Japan and Asia
from mastering, metal plating, pressing, printing, packaging and shipping to your door, since
all other manufacturers had withdrawn from the market.
We serve not only major records labels and independent labels in Japan, but labels in Asia
Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and even in Europe.
We have a deep knowledge and love of vinyl records, and commit ourselves to serving vinyl
record fans by producing the best possible quality of vinyl records for their listening pleasure.
The vinyl records market has been declining for decades since the introduction of digitalised
music and by the option of downloading music online.
Unable to withstand such competition, all other competitors have disappeared from the market
while ToyoKasei has continued to maintain facilities and our company vision to fulfill the needs
and desires of fans, labels and artists.
